Medical advice — read first
Do not stop drinking or using suddenly if you are a heavy or daily user. Stopping alcohol, benzodiazepines (e.g. diazepam) or some other drugs all at once can cause seizures and can be life-threatening.
Speak to your GP before you start cutting down. They can check your health and arrange a safe medical detox if you need one.
Sober coaching is support and accountability. Vince is not a doctor and this is not medical treatment or a replacement for it.
If you get shaking, sweating, confusion, hallucinations, a fit, or chest pain, call 999 or go to A&E straight away.
